Positioning of Russian Business Ecosystems

Modern business ecosystems are becoming an integral part of the digital economy and object research. The article presents results a comparative analysis major Russian diversified ecosystems: Yandex, VK, Sber, MTS Tinkoff based on case study method. An approach to their positioning in market share main income company - leader ecosystem number services is proposed. It shown that while maintaining specialization some segments there process convergence by types offered, which aggravates competition between them, factors that, along with competition, cause low financial leading identified. These unrelated type diversification complicates realization synergy, development mainly at expense own resources without using potential partnership, copying accompanied absence consumer retention mechanisms. obtained contribute discussion controversial issues about chances dominance impact competition.
